The EmancipatorDIMENSIONS OF HEAVEN
And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth
— Genesis 1:16-17
Our study of the details of Genesis 1:6-19 revealed that the earth appeared into the firmament that separated the waters. That means earth interfaces directly with the firmament (heaven). Thus, the expanse around the earth is a dimension of heaven. Yet the sun, moon and stars are also in a heaven that is physically distant from the linear surface of the earth. That range of heaven with the heavenly bodies (hosts) is a second dimension. Then comes a third dimension beyond the physical, which governs the physical. Yahweh operates in kingdom terms over the physical from there (Isaiah 66:1, Matthew 5:34, 2 Corinthians 12:2). Depending on what Dad is showing a person, each of these three main dimensions can be multilayered.
Dear Father, by the understanding of the heavens and the earth that I have, I receive grace to enjoy the heavenly dimension of my being in Christ in Jesus' Name.
